Why I Became a Nephrologist: I think a Nephrologist (caring for patients with kidney disorders and hypertension) is best equipped to diagnose and care for patients that have complicated medical problems because of the way the kidneys affect and are affected by illness. I find this very challenging and rewarding.
Perfect Day-Off: Biking early in the morning, playing tennis or hiking in the afternoon with my family and going out to a great restaurant for dinner with my wife.
Hobbies: Biking, hiking and reading the newspaper.
